Hot Toys has a 12″ Sheva figure from the Resident Evil 5 video game. It’s fully articulated with thirty points of articulation and comes with the regular fabric clothing and lots of gear. She has  jeans, leather-like boots, tank top and bra, armbands, earrings, and necklaces.

Her weapons set is a virtual arsenal that includes a knife, a M92F handgun, VZ-61  machine gun, an AK-74, an H&K PSG-1 rifle, a big Magnum handgun, an M3 shotgun, and Ithaca M37 shotgun… and don’t forget the hand grenade.

She also comes loaded with lots of accessories including ammo packs for her handguns and machine guns, a headset, radio, five interchangeable hands with gloves, and a stand with the Biohazard 5 logo (Resident Evil is called Biohazard over in Japan).

Now someone has to make her in her alternate bikini costume.

Hot Toys has more awesomely real figures coming out…

This time it’s 1/6 scale Terminator figures from the upcoming Terminator: Salvation coming out soon.

First up the most recent drop: John Connor.

Christian Bale is realistically depicted as John Connor.

The figure comes with loads of accessories including:

a uniform (leather jacket,pants, T-Shirt, tactical body harness, tactical boots, and assault gloves), headset, radio with pouch, M4 magazine pouches, pistol magazine pouch, demolition blocks, drop leg panel, armband, and patch)

He also comes well equiped:

M4A1 rifle with tactical red dot sight, Xm-26 LSS, line launcher, pistol with holster, and a tactical knife)

Next up is the 1/6 scale Terminator T-600 Endoskeleton.

This is one mean guy with a huge gattling  similar to what Arnold sported in Terminator 2.

The figure has 25 points of articulation and comes with cool light up eyes. The figure comes with an ammo back pack for his gattling gun and a base.

Last is another Endoskeleton, the T-700, the regular Terminator we are used to seeing.

It also comes with 25 points of articulation plus articulated fingers and toes…wow! This thing also has light up eyes and a base. Unfortunately… there is no mention of a gun. That kind of sucks… A terminator with no gun?

Star Wars Mighty Muggs Wave 9 is available for preorder now and coming in May.

Wave 9 includes Obi Wan, Biker Scout, Gamorean Guard, and a bruised up Luke in Hoth gear.

One more addition in our quest to bring you fine schoolgirl pvc figures.

From Max Factory and Good Smile comes the figma Makina Hohimura… a schoolgirl wielding dual machine guns and her bag, of course.

The figure is of Makina Hohimura from the anime Shikabane Hime. It has a lot of features like plenty of articulation for many different poses, flexible plastic uniform, parts to attach to the gun to make it look like it’s firing, two facial expressions: one serious and one with gritted teeth, various interchangeable hands, a poseable stand, and a limited edition schoolbag for the first release. It has an Asian release in April. U.S. release is  in May.

Neca put out some cool Friday the 13th stuff to go along with the new movie.

-The big 12-inch figure is based on the new Jason from the movie and can be displayed with the mask or hood. It’s fully articulated and comes with his machete that can be sheathed.

-The machete prop replica is also out and made of resin…painted with all the gory details.

-The coolest piece is the prop replica of Jason’s mask all ready to go for display in it’s own wooden shadowbox.

The 12-inch Tie Fighter Pilot  by Medicom is now available for preorder. It’s touted as having one of the most articulated 12-inch figures out. The Tie Fighter Pilot is on preorder over at Sideshow Collectibles for $179 and is expected to arrive around fall.

Wired was given an exclusive look at new G.I. Joe toys for the new movie,G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra.

First up is a tank outfitted for snow conditions with snow skis in the front. It looks decent except for the big G.I. Joe sticker on the front of it. Second is a stealthy jet fighter called the Nightraven 2…also with a big honkin snow ski landing gear. The figure looks like Wild Weasel, who flies the Rattler, in snow camo.

Next is the snowmobile/ATV Rockslide with Snowjob.

The last and coolest one is the Cobra Hummer. It’s a nice transition from the old Stinger jeep, which also kind of looked like army Hummers. These new toys look alright, but still no comparison to the G.I. Joe toys. At least you can get them again as 25 th Anniversary editions.

McFarlane Toys has released it’s Guitar Hero version of Slash.

It’s a video game interpretion of Slash. A lot different from the realistic Slash figure from a while back.The figure is BIG at 10 inches and comes with with his guitar and base.

Also from the 10 inch line is Johhny Napalm. Watch out for the regular 6-inch figures of Slash, Izzy Sparks, Judy Nails, Lous, and Metalhead coming later this year in July.
